🔄 No Refunds After Delivery

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product has been delivered. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds after the digital item has been sent or accessed.


⚠️ Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at nancitimana76@gmail.com within 3 days of your purchase. After verifying the error, we will either:

Send you the correct product at no additional cost, or

Provide store credit equal to the value of the incorrect item.

This is our way of ensuring that you receive the product you paid for, while maintaining the integrity of digital delivery.
